Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This is our second time in Tenerife and third time at the restaurant! Always great service and the food is extraordinary (the tuna always surprises me how tender it is!). This time Daniela served us and she really looked after us :) You wouldn't believe how pretty it is inside with a stunning view looking over the sea. Check it out for sunset and book in advance if you can"
"Outstanding food and view with exceptional service. We repeated several times during our holiday in Puerto de Santiago and every paella was absolutely superb. Everything is freshly cooked and they even have gluten free croquettes!"
"An amazing place with a beautiful view of the sea and La Gomera island. We ordered paella — it was delicious and beautifully served. The fish soup was also excellent, and above all, the view of the sunset was truly stunning. In my opinion, it’s a must-visit spot if you’re in town."
"The drinks were very nice and the presentation of the dish looked good. The croquettes and the fried cheese were also very tasty. However, I ordered the beef tenderloin medium and it was served much closer to rare. Additionally, the meat was surprisingly chewy, which is unusual for tenderloin and made the dish rather disappointing."
"Finally a restaurant here that has the authentic feel, service and food that you expect. The staff was very friendly and got us a table very quickly although it was very busy. The food.... just amazing. My husband had the fish soup for starter, one of the best he ever had and for me the Aubergines with cheese and honey which was such a delicious combination. Big portions though, so mind that if you are not a big eater. As main the mussels in wine which was also amazing and for me the grilled salmon, even when very well done (because of my pregnancy) it was still very delicious. The portions are very generous which is really nice. We didn't have dessert be ause we were so full, but it looked delicious. We were very happy to find this place, although getting there was a bit of a struggle (to far walk for me and you have to be lucky for parking) i recommend taking a taxi. Thankyou for the lovely service and delicious food!"
"All in all a great experience. Staff were nice and service minded. The food was mostly great. I had a beef tenderloin where the beef was perfect both in taste and tenderness as well as the vegetables. However the rustic potato fries were undercooked and the ordered cheese sauce didn’t taste of anything really. My wife had a grilled sea bass, which was pretty good. The sunset from the restaurant is the true star of the show."
"Wow – we absolutely loved this place! We came here for a family dinner, and the service was excellent — very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. For starters, we had the house salad, calamari, and garlic prawns. The salad was beautifully presented, nicely garnished, and very generous in size. The calamari was also delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The paella with tiger prawns was simply fabulous! The only small disappointment was the espresso we ordered, which turned out more like a cappuccino — served in a large glass with far too much milk. To finish off, we were treated to a complimentary Limoncello, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we left very happy and would definitely recommend this restaurant!"
"Absolutely the BEST food we had in Tenerife. Delicious paella and a stunning seafood platter. The waitress was so friendly and really helpful with my husband being coeliac. The Croquettas were gluten free and so light and fluffy. We sat outside on the sun terrace and watched the sun going down on our last night in Tenerife and it was perfect. Took the left over paella home and ate it on the plane on the way home - it made other passengers a bit jealous!"
